Today, we're proud to announce an exciting new chapter in our journey: the groundbreaking of our third manufacturing facility, The Silo Project.
Scheduled for completion in early 2027, this new 99,000-square-foot facility represents one of the most significant investments in QTS history. At nearly twice the size of our first plant, the Silo Project will expand our manufacturing capabilities, enhance production efficiency, and position us for the next generation of growth.
Expanding Our Capabilities
As demand for custom stainless steel equipment continues to grow, the Silo Project will allow QTS to better serve customers across the food, beverage, dairy, and sanitary processing industries.
The new facility will feature advanced fabrication technology and equipment designed to increase productivity and improve manufacturing processes. Once operational, QTS will be able to manufacture stainless steel vessels up to 100,000 gallons, significantly expanding our production capacity while helping reduce lead times for customers.
This investment reinforces our commitment to delivering the custom stainless steel tanks, silos, and processing equipment our customers depend on while maintaining the quality and craftsmanship that define the QTS brand.

For CEO Jimmi-Jean Sukys, known throughout the industry as "The Stainless-Steel Lady," the Silo Project represents much more than a new facility.
